The low-cost Mexican airline has announced the launch of its first non-stop service from Mexico City, citing lots of potential for future growth within Mexico and South America. The flight opens on November 12.
Leticia Estrada Hernandez, lawmaker in Mexico City, has launched a Bill to ban short-term lodging applications such as AirBnB in the city. The legislator has cited excessive noise as one of the main reasons for the ban.
Following developments in national regulations now allowing passengers to transit through Tocumen International in Panama City, Copa Airlines will begin to offer connections through to Cancun from the rest of Panama, as well as Sao Paulo, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, and Santiago.
Starting on December 19, 2020, American will offer direct flights to Cancún through the winter up to April. Return tickets in December are priced at around 670USD.
