La Gran Via

With an air of wealth and some grand architecture, its ideal location nestled between Ruzafa, Cituat Vella and Turia Park makes the extra costs worth it for some. High-end eateries, bars and shops cater to an upscale clientele and you can spend time walking along the grand, tree-lined main boulevard that stretches straight across the neighborhood.

If you can afford this neighborhood, it's as ideal as it gets. Right in the center of everything, no more than 15 minutes walk to other areas you would want to visit, close to the metro, beautiful buildings and plenty of food and cafes around. But you will pay more to live here and probably end up with a smaller apartment than other parts of the city.
