Conditions:
- This visa is designed for people earning passive/investment/retirement income as you are technically not allowed to work at all with this visa while living in Spain
- Proof of sufficient finances that may include investments, retirement pension or bank account balance
- Investment/retirement income must be at least €2151 per month OR
- Bank account balance must be €25,816 or more
- Proof of private health insurance through a Spanish health insurance company
- Police background check
- Medical Certificate of Good Health
- Sworn statement where you agree not to work while living in Spain
